Q: Am I guaranteed a prescription?
A: WellPsyche does not guarantee any specific prescriptions. After a complete assessment, your provider will discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives of treatment options. If you agree to a specific medication treatment, your provider will e-Prescribe the medication(s) directly to your pharmacy.
Q: How long does it take to receive my prescription?
A: After your evaluation, e-Prescriptions can usually be picked up at your local pharmacy within the hour. This will depend on the availability of the medication at your local pharmacy.
Q: What happens if my pharmacy does not have the medication in stock?
A: Pharmacies typically will not allow you to take your prescription to another pharmacy. If you would like to wait, you can ask them to order the medication. If not, you are free to call or email our central office and your provider will e-Prescribe the medication to another pharmacy of your choice at no extra charge. It is advised that you contact your pharmacy to ensure they have your medication(s) in stock to prevent having to repeat this step.
Q: Can I call to get a refill?
A: All medications refills require a monthly follow-up visit with your provider.
Q: Can I receive a refill of my previous provider’s prescription?
A: Previous prescriptions should always be discussed with your WellPsyche provider, however, this does not necessitate the same medication(s) or dosage(s) of medication(s) will be refilled.
Q: If I am not prescribed medication, can I get a refund?
A: Payment is for an initial consultation only. There are no refunds even if you are not accepted as a WellPsyche patient.
Q: Is my Insurance Accepted?
A: Due to popular demand and limited availability for Same-Day and Next-Day appointments, insurance is not accepted.
