To make an appointment for an initial visit varies on location and availability.
Please call (310)871-0670 for a friendly staff member to help you make your initial appointment. (This answer is subject to change pending on which CareCloud button we will use on the website).
Every patients copay varies on the individuals plan and deductible. Mental health benefits are different than other medical benefits. Once you schedule your appointment our office will provide you with a quote estimated by your insurance prior to your appointment.
It is the office policy for patients to come in on a monthly basis to receive their medication refills. All refills will require an appointment in person or via an online appointment with one of our providers. Close monitoring of your treatment is a top priority as it allows us to provide the highest level of care while minimizing potentially harmful outcomes. Appointments are generally conducted on a monthly basis unless your provider has already recommended an alternative schedule. If you anticipate difficulty maintaining monthly appointments, please call our central office to discuss options at (310)871-0670.
If you run out of medication prior to your scheduled appointment for a new prescription, please have your pharmacy send us a fax refill request to: (310)469-7845.

If you want a refill for a controlled medication, i.e. you need a physical prescription to turn into the pharmacist, you are required to see one of the providers in person or via an online appointment. No exceptions.

If an emergency occurs after the 24-hour cancellation notice please notify the office immediately at (310)871-0670. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis, we understand that emergencies do occur and we will do our very best to accommodate the situation. Please do note unless told otherwise, the patient will be held responsible the late cancellation fee.

All payments will be taken by all major credit cards.
All cancellations require a 24 hour notice, 48 hours for Monday appointments. If made prior there will be no charge and we are happy to reschedule you. However, all late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged $200 for follow-ups and $400 for initial appointments. Missing multiple appointments may result in your doctor terminating care. Your credit card on file will be charged on the day of the missed visit as your insurance provider does not reimburse us for your missed visit. Missing appointments is not only detrimental to your own care, it prevents others from receiving care and limits the ability of our providers to provide care.
